Boutique Hotel

Spirited Away

Château Neercanne is a five-star boutique hotel with a Michelin-starred restaurant close to the Dutch-Belgian border. The location is famous for its opulent lifestyle, poetic landscape, and rich heritage. It is said that Julius Caesar and 6,500 soldiers once did battle here. The château nestles in a picturesque region dominated by rolling hills, stunning valleys, and the nearby caverns.

This heritage and the surrounding natural environment have inspired the design of the seven exclusive suites. A clever layout opens up space for seven generous rooms. Reintroducing historical elements, like an old staircase and ornamental ceilings, makes the centuries-old legacy tangible. In keeping with the unique spirit of the 17th-century building, each room has a distinctive character, offering an immersive experience that draws from the splendid outdoors. In one suite, Turkish sage or Phlomis russeliana, which grows in the gardens of the château, is embedded in the wallpaper design. Another room features a king-size bed with a headboard sculpted in the shape of the garden, visible from the bedroom window. These design gestures, reflecting the great outdoors, invite guests to pause, peruse, explore, and wander.

Each suite offers a sense of connection with the lyrical landscape.
